Ingredients: Organic whenever possible!
4 Ripe Bananas, sliced, placed in freezer for at least 4 to 6 hours. One banana per serving...but we usually enjoy two per person! Just So delicious and nutritious! 🙂
I usually have frozen bananas ready to go in my freezer! You never know when company may stop by or you crave some fresh Banana Dream Cream Ice Cream! Be sure to cut each banana into 4 or 5 pieces and place them in a freezer-safe airtight container. I always use glass containers to prevent any leaching of chemicals into our food.

Directions:
1. Add frozen, sliced bananas to the blender.

2. Blend until smooth, approximately 1-2 minutes. Blend the bananas until a creamy texture is obtained. If you have an older food processor, be patient and keep blending, using your spatula to scrape the sides!
3. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy immediately as a soft serve! A few ideas for
optional toppings: Raw Walnuts, Ground Cinnamon, Ground
Carob or Cacao. (I prefer Carob, especially when my 2 year old
granddaughter, Claire, is here. Cacao contains Theobromine which
is considered to be a stimulant. Its effect is caffeine-like, but does
not contain caffeine. Stimulation to the heart and nervous system
acts very much like a caffeine. I do not recommend cacao for
young children.
For firmer ice cream, place in an airtight freezer-safe container
and freeze for at least 1 hour.

To create other flavors, try adding your favorite frozen berries or
fruit! Strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Mangoes, etc.
